**Front Desk Receptionist**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Take detailed messages for appointment cancellations
- Schedule appointments for project managers
- Greet visitors as they enter the office
- Answer general questions about the company, products, or services that visitors may have as they enter the office as well as questions about services performed.
- Document in detail any interactions with customers, vendors, or colleagues that relate to customer service. This includes phone conversations, meetings, and other formal interactions.
- Update CRM database with new customer contacts, new vendor contacts, and new job contacts.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Skills/Abilities/Knowledge**
- Organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work on various projects at once if necessary.
- Attention to detail is essential with an ability to follow written and verbal instructions for completion of tasks related to front desk receptionist responsibilities including but not limited to taking phone calls, entering data into CRM database, greeting visitors as needed from desktops located throughout Cannock. Other tasks include filing, copying, scanning documents, making photocopies etc...and other duties as assigned.
