**Job Title**: Small Works Manager - Data CentresLocation: Multiple Sites

**Job Summary**:
As a Small Works Manager in the Data Centre industry, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing small-scale projects across multiple sites. You will work closely with the supply chain to develop appropriate solutions and ensure their successful implementation. In this role, you will collaborate with site teams and customers to deliver high-quality small works projects within budget and timeline constraints.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Management**: Oversee and manage small works projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with quality and safety standards. Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with the supply chain to identify the most suitable solutions for small works projects in data centres. Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Solution Development: Work closely with the supply chain and internal stakeholders to develop innovative solutions for small works projects in data centres. Ensure that solutions address customer requirements and meet industry standards. Budget and Cost Management: Monitor project costs, track expenses, and identify potential cost-saving measures. Collaborate with the finance team to prepare budgets and financial reports related to small works projects. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Maintain regular communication with site teams, customers, and internal departments to facilitate coordination and provide updates on project progress. Effectively manage stakeholders' expectations and address any issues or concerns that may arise. Quality and Compliance: Ensure that all small works projects meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and codes. Implement quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections to verify adherence to standards. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them during the small works project lifecycle. Proactively address any issues or obstacles that arise, ensuring mínimal impact on project delivery. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including specifications, drawings, and progress reports. Generate regular reports on project status, budget, and key performance indicators for internal teams and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in project management within the data centre industry, specifically in managing small works projects.
Solid understanding of data centre infrastructure, systems, and equipment.
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and ability to develop effective relationships with suppliers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with site teams and customers.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on delivering projects within budget and deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Knowledge of applicable regulations and codes related to data centre construction and operations.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify potential risks and develop strategic solutions.
