**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
- Operate power tools and hand tools to assist in the coating process.
- Assemble finished products according to specifications.
- Ensure quality control by inspecting coated surfaces for defects or imperfections.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in powder coating or painting is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to operate power tools and hand tools.
- Basic math skills for measuring and mixing coatings.
- Familiarity with a fast-paced workshop environment is a plus.

Pay: £31,200.00 per year
