Overview:
We work with a number of truly fantastic clients, and the number is ever growing. Our Flexible Benefits team deliver digital benefit solutions, which can be tailored to the needs of our clients and provided to their workforce across the UK and beyond.
- The team ensure the experience we offer to our Clients makes each relationship a long lasting one where everyone can be proud of what we have delivered.
- That culture has led to us taking on wider remits within existing Client businesses, as well as gaining new clients through positive referral, which in turn has created an opportunity to bring someone new into the team, someone keen to build a future with us.
- As you would probably expect, there’s a lot of “paperwork” - although not much of it is actually _on_ paper - and we are looking for someone to join us to own the full end to end Administration processes including an employee helpdesk. Two of the existing team joined us in this role and grew alongside us, so there are plenty of people to learn from. We are looking for someone who loves working with clients, is seriously efficient, and will not let any details slide, no matter how small.

If you have Employee Benefits experience, great, but it’s not a prerequisite. Demonstrable expertise in organising complex workflows, attention to detail and delivering exceptional service to clients, all while handling conflicting priorities and workflow peaks like a pro is what is needed. We will develop you into an Employee Benefits wizard

**Responsibilities**:
As a vital member of our team, you'll be responsible for the proactive and efficient administration of Gallagher’s flexible benefit clients primarily through the online platform Access2Benefits. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:

- ** Client Engagement**: You'll engage with clients, consultants, and providers regularly to ensure smooth administration processes, addressing their queries and needs promptly and professionally.
- ** Platform Management**: Administer flexible benefit clients via Access2Benefits and other online platforms as required. Your attention to detail will be crucial in validating and cleansing client data to maintain accuracy.
- ** Exceptional Service Delivery**: Provide a professional, high-quality administration service to all stakeholders, exceeding both internal and external client expectations.
- ** Team Collaboratio**n: Work both independently and collaboratively within a team to deliver tasks efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.
- ** Relationship Management**: Develop and nurture relationships internally and externally to ensure efficient service delivery, manage client expectations, and uphold agreed service levels.
- ** Administrative Support**: Assist with client requests, routine correspondence, annual review notifications, and general day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- ** Compliance and Data Management**: Adhere strictly to compliance procedures, data protection regulations, and anti-money laundering policies. Maintain accurate records using various software systems, ensuring completeness and compliance.
- ** Continuous Learning**: Undertake appropriate Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to enhance your knowledge and skills, contributing to personal and team growth.
- ** Task and Time Management**: Effectively manage tasks and diaries, yours and client requests’, ensuring timely completion and accurate time tracking via time sheet management.
- ** Adaptability**: Be prepared to take on additional duties and responsibilities as required, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.

Qualifications:
**Qualifications**:
Essential:

- A good standard of general education, including proficiency in Maths and English.
- Evidence of a Learning Orientation, demonstrating openness to acquiring new knowledge and skills.

Desirable:

- Degree-level education.
- Qualifications in Business Administration.

Technical Knowledge and Understanding:

- Proficiency in Excel, with in-depth knowledge.
- IT literacy, including Microsoft Office proficiency, coupled with the ability to quickly grasp and navigate relevant internal systems and databases.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in delivering excellent client service, with a keen understanding of client needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels, both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated track record of maintaining accuracy and quality orientation in all work tasks.
