Live-out Housekeeper

Our client with a wonderful large property based in Cobham surrey, are seeking a full time live out Housekeeper to start ASAP. The family consists of 2 adults, 4 children (16 and 16, 12 and 12) and their 3 dogs. This is a wonderful opportunity, and the family are seeking someone long term. The family split their time between this residence and the London property.

**Duties include, but not limited to**:

- To ensure the smooth running of the household at the property
- To work with due care and diligence
- To ensure all beds are made
- To ensure all rooms are cleaned, dusted and vacuumed, furniture is polished, floors
- are waxed/cleaned/polished, as required
- To do the laundry (wash, iron, fold) and replace clothing into cupboards for all members of the family.
- Undertake cleaning of the kitchen including the fridge, dishes, ovens etc
- Undertake full cleaning of all the bathrooms
- To clean internal windows
- Water and attend to indoor plants and arrange flowers as required
- To valet, perform any repairs or organise repairs as and when required
- To organise dry cleaning of all family clothing and ensure that all valuable items of clothing are always maintained, cleaned and kept in good order
- To assist with any other household tasks or duties as required (which includes, but are not limited to, cooking and grocery shopping)
- To keep the property clean and tidy
- To answer the telephone and door and take any deliveries
- Arranging appointments with authorised tradesmen, waiting for their arrival
- informing your line manager of any repairs required and working with your line manager to arrange and organise the dates and timings of any tradesmen
- Provide any relevant childcare and assistance
- Running all other household related errands
- Conducting school runs for the children
- Walking the dogs of the property
- Diligent
