Programme Lead for Trauma Informed Practice-service

**Salary: NHS: Band 6 £**37,831 - £46,100**
**Council: Grade 8 £39,125 - £42,355**
**Hours: NHS: 37.5 hours Council: 35 hours***

**Location: West Dunbartonshire**
West Dunbartonshire HSCP is seeking to appoint to an exciting and challenging role of Programme Lead for Trauma Informed Practice. The main purpose of the role is to develop, co-ordinate and lead a range of policy and business change activities which support the successful co-ordination and implementation of trauma informed practice and organisational culture change arising from the HSCP to the National Trauma Training Programme.
Using an understanding of the principles of trauma informed practice, the post holder will provide strategic support to managers and work closely with officers across the HSCP and wider Community Planning Partnership to maximise opportunities for collaboration and secure the delivery of the programme outcomes and benefits.
Working within the Strategy and Transformation Team, you will be supported by colleagues with a breadth and depth of improvement and service (re)design experience to implement a quality improvement framework, identifying areas of strength and areas for development across systems, policies and practice from a trauma informed perspective.
Working autonomously as well as part of a team, you will share the HSCP’s values of care, honesty, empathy, compassion and respect which will be demonstrated throughout your work and so too your ability to seek and provide constructive feedback on an ongoing basis to drive professional development.
