**_Full time hours available / Day or Night shifts are Available_**

**Join Athena as a CHAP **and take a lead role in providing leadership and direction to the care team whilst on duty.
- Assist and inspire the care team to deliver outcomes in care.
- Ensure that all supervision, appraisal and performance management of the care team, supporting them to achieve their potential.
- To carry out enhanced clinical care duties; clinical observations of blood pressure, pule, respiration rate, temperature and blood oxygenation level and monitor urine output.
- To assess risk of pressure ulcer development.

**Training, Skills & Experience Required**:

- Experience in a Care position with NVQ level 3 or Equivalent.
- Completion of CHAPS course
- Effective communication skills.
- Proven track record for leading, empowering, supporting & motivating a team.
