Service Receptionist

We're a well established and busy independent MOT / Servicing & Repair family run Garage, located in Taplow just off the Bath Road and are looking to recruit a Service Receptionist, this is a key role within our business.

Applicants must be reliable and need to be able to demonstrate their enthusiasm, self motivation and communication skills for this customer facing role. The ability to work on your own initiative is crucial to this role and to be able to work without constant supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Previous knowledge of the motor trade and a knowledge of cars and their repairs is preferable as is a full driving license. Experience in a customer facing/service role is a must.

**Duties to include**:
- Answer all customer enquiries and questions and provide information to customers
- Raising quotations and liase with both, customers, suppliers and workshop alike
- Ordering parts from suppliers and follow up returns/credits
- Invoicing & taking payments and process end of day banking
- Maintain petty cash
- Manage trade accounts and send statements
- Maintain security of customer keys
- Maintain filing system
- Prepare for postage our MOT/Service reminder letters bi-weekly
- Keep on top of our COSHH folder
- Maintain the record of staff absences/holidays
- Maintain company vehicle MOT's

You must be computer literate with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Full training will be provided

Working hours = Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, with 1 hour
