CK Group are recruiting for a Process Engineering Manager to join a water technology company at their site based in Cheshire on a permanent basis.
**The Company**:
Our client is a leading developer of membrane technologies designed to significantly reduce the cost and environmental impact of water treatment.
**The main duties will be to**:

- Devise and implement testing plans based on the process conditions and technical specifications provided by key stakeholders
- Carrying out internal and external Risk Assessments on equipment and processes
- Lead and support for the root cause analysis, diagnosis, and repair of equipment
- Preparing process documentation and operating instructions
- Management of documents, including mass, heat and energy balances, process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and hydraulic designs of pilot an industrial scale systems

**Your Background**:

- Experience in the development / deployment of membrane filtration systems in liquid processing
- Understanding of heat and mass transfer, fluid flow, pressure, and energy
- Proactive in troubleshooting process related issued
- Experience in the development and roll out of systems, including, deployment, testing, commissioning and maintenance
