**Location**:Tunbridge Wells - Hybrid

**Contract**: Part-Time/Permanent

**Salary**: £12,533.33 plus up to 10% annual bonus

**Hours**: 20 hrs per week

**Week 1**:10am-2pm Monday
- Friday

**Week 2**: 4pm-8pm Monday-Friday

**You will work 1 in 3 weekends 9am-1pm either Saturday or Sunday & Tuesday would be your rest day when working a weekend.**

As an Interventions Handler you will be committed to provide our customers with a world-class claims service by ensuring that their claims are assessed quickly, and if agreed, are settled in the shortest possible time.

The job is to proactively contact innocent parties involved in a road traffic collision with our customer via phone, text and letter to offer our services to them. Intervening on these third parties results in us saving costs and enables us to provide world class customer service to innocent parties. You will be working in a fast-paced pressurised environment within a dynamic team against challenging targets.

**What do I need?**:

- Ideally some exposure to sales or retail
- Customer service skills preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and to targets
- Attention to detail, able to spot irregularities and challenge them
- Demonstrable ability in numeracy skills and written English
