Soundz Fishy design and manufacture high-quality technical desking/furniture for Film and TV post-production facilities and music recording studios. Our client list spans some of the world’s greatest facilities from Abbey Road Studios and Warner Brothers, to Netflix and Pinewood Studios.

**The Role**

Furniture/Cabinet Maker

Our talented team is looking for a furniture/cabinet maker to work on our unique range of desking, from crafting individual pieces to assembling prefabricated designs into high-end technical furniture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prior experience in the manufacture of bespoke furniture.
- Skilled in the crafting and assembly of standard and custom furniture components.
- Demonstrate a good knowledge of working with wood, veneer, laminate, solid surface, metal, plastics and various finishes.
- Ability to work from technical drawings.
- Plan an effective approach to work to ensure that each project is completed on time.
- Operate a variety of power and hand tools and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and able to work individually.
- Install furniture on site to specifications.
- Ensure high quality work and timely delivery are achieved.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£37,500.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Furniture making: 2 years (preferred)
- Workshop: 3 years (preferred)
