Apprentice Bricklayer/labourer

Francis Stone Walling & Patios Ltd trading as JA Francis Stone Walling & Patios are currently recruiting for a Bricklaying apprentice, location can be anywhere within a 30 mile radius of the PL20 area however the majority of our work is in the PL20 and PL19 areas.

Although this is a Bricklaying apprentice role, there will be other aspects of construction and Landscaping involved. When the apprentice is working, they will be shown all the correct procedures. Along with ensuring that their work area is clean and safe, and that all the tools are cleaned and put away correctly at the end of each day.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship? Our longer term goal for the apprentice would be to become a site supervisor or manager. Directly after your apprenticeship, you could be offered any of the following career progression routes: Level 3 Bricklaying Apprenticeship (advanced Bricklaying) Level 2 Property Maintenance Apprenticeship (general builder/all trades Apprenticeship)

Working Week and Pay: Apprentice will be expected to work a minimum of 30 hours a week and a maximum of 40 hours a week with exception for college.
