An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leader in their industry who are passionate about their products and services and who strive for sustainability and innovation. **The role is based at the Lane End office.**
**The Role**
This is a temporary 12-month contract to support the team with additional workload. Key duties include:
- Accurate data entry of completed production jobs and create reports associated with departmental performance metrics (KPI’s), daily transaction sheets, listing all work orders that have been completed.
- Manage all departmental purchasing requirements, including stationary, test equipment.
- You will also be supporting the QC team in resolving missing or incorrect information within the workload and manage the transaction of all stock material requests from QC.
- Other admin support tasks as required.
**About You**
We are looking for someone to commit to the full length of the contract, and who can ideally demonstrate the following skills/attributes:
- Previous experience within an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing industry.
- Previous experience coordinating with Suppliers and Customers, both internal and external.
- Analysing data and publishing statistical based reports.
- Base level understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles.
- Appreciation and awareness of ISO9001.
- Some QC experience is desirable.
- Good verbal and written comprehension and use of English language.
- Have your own transport due to the location of the office.

- Hours of work: 39 hrs either Mon-Thurs 7-4pm or 8-5pm and Fri 7-12pm or 8-1pm.
