SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a HR Administration Assistant, this is a 6 month fixed term contract to support the client in a TUPE handover.
This is an exceptionally exciting time to join the business, they are massively developing and growing. For this role you do not need to have experience in HR but you do need to have worked in an administration role for a minimum of 2 years, attention to detailis essential due to this supporting a TUPE handover. If you are looking at getting into an entry level HR role then this is a brilliant stepping stone.
Key responsibilities:

- Assist the HR Business Partner/HR Officer in updating systems and procedures to reflect business needs or new legislation
- Liaise with other departments such as Pensions, Training and Development on relevant matters
- Handle department post and correspondence
- Support and promote a team culture and company values
- Update the HR section when necessary and under the guidance of the HR Business Partner/HR Officer
- Ensure effective communication with staff and senior management, escalating issues that arise
- Ensure spreadsheets and systems to regularly updated
- Liaise closely with Payroll department
- Act promptly on day to day enquiries from internal or external sources
Monday to Friday, office based, some flexibility with working from home on the occasion but this is not a given, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
