Interim Group Financial Controller
An opportunity to work with highly acquisitive, PE backed buy and build, IT Managed Services with a turnover of circa £50 million. The business is going through a period of significant change and looking for a number 2 to the CFO to ensure delivery of timelymanagement and day to day responsibilities of Finance. 3 - 6 month contract in Hertfordshire, with requirements to be in the office 4 days per week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Production of accurate and timely month-end reporting
- Ensuring smooth day to day finance function during transition
- Take a lead role in the year end process for all group companies
- Lead the move to a new bank for entire group day to day banking requirements
- Assisting the CFO on projects on an ad-hoc basis (new systems; budgets)
- Forecasting - both monthly results and weekly cash flows
- Conversion of historical financial onto a new basis of reporting
- Ad hoc analysis as and when required by the CFO
Profile of individual:

- Qualified accountant with several years' experience
- Experience with several interim assignments - a quick learner
- Experience of new ERP systems implementation (Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred)
- Working from Hertfordshire, easily commutable from North London (at least 4 days a week; preferably 5 to begin with)
- Strong Excel skills
- Good people skills with sensitivity during transitions
Working pattern:

- £500 -£600pd outside IR35
- 4 days per week in the office
