We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor/Administrator to join our established but expanding Private Number Plate company based in modern Swansea SA1 offices.

A starting rate of £10.50/hour (during probationary period) rising to £10.90/hour after is offered, with regular reviews. You will be paid by the minute, so you never lose out. This is an excellent chance to join a fabulous team dedicated to exemplary and ethical customer service.

**The Role**

**Requirements**:
You must be a team player with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and have great verbal, written and active listening communication skills. Phone experience is desirable but a methodical, well organised and flexible approach to this role is essential. Good IT, problem solving, and time management abilities are also essential in this varied customer service and administrative role.

Full time hours of up to 42.5 hours a week, 5 days out of 7.

Occasional weekend working will be required (8.30am - 4.30pm Sat **or** Sun).

Weekday shifts are 8.00am to 4.30pm or 9.30am to 6.00pm.
