Benefits of becoming a Care Assistant / Care Professional with Home Instead Windsor, Runnymede & West Spelthorne;
- ** Minimum of 1 hour calls** so you are not rushed & have time for a chat.
- ** You will be paid from the start to the finish of your shift**:

- any gaps in care calls you'll get to enjoy time out and about in the community or in the office with your team mates.
- ** You are carefully matched to clients** based on your personality and interests, and **you will see the same clients every week** - to us it's personal.
- ** Mixed shift patterns **across day parts and every other weekend off.
- ** Minimum of 1-hour visits** to clients giving you the time to care and get to know your clients, and no uniform as we believe it’s more friendly that way.

- ** Paid mileage between calls** after the first 10 miles (.30p/mile)

We’re looking for Care Professionals to visit our local clients in their own homes providing support to live independently. Our high-quality care is rated CQC Outstanding, with upwards of 1-hour visits and your own regular clients with whom you will build a bond. **Job Description**:
We’re looking for Care Professionals to visit our local clients in their own homes providing support to live independently. Our high-quality care is rated CQC Outstanding, with upwards of 1-hour visits and your own regular clients with whom you will build a bond. If you’re looking for a profession where you can bring your caring personality to work and change lives, look no further.

**Duties can include**:

- Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
- Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
- Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework
- Accompanying to appointments, shopping, or attending social/community events
- Assisting your client with their medication

**Qualifications**:
**What we ask for from our Care Professionals**
- You have the right to work in the UK
- You have a full driving licence and access to a fully insured car
- That you have a warm heart and caring nature and love a chat
- You are reliable, responsible, and have a passion for making a difference to someone’s day.
- That you live locally or are happy to travel to our clients.
- That you have good communication skills both verbally and written and enjoy interaction with people.
- Experience in care (personal, dementia or other) is valuable, however full training will be given
