Part Time work
We are currently looking for a Part Time Caretaker for a school in Southeast Birmingham. The Caretakers main role will be overseeing a primary school grounds and maintaining the site by assisting with deliveries, clearing rooms and doing removals, overall ahandy proactive person. Due to the nature of the role an**Enhanced DBS** is required.
Duties Include:

- Re-stocking storerooms
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Recording information
- Manual work
- Ability to do small repairs e.g assemble chairs and tables
**Requirements**:

- Valid **Enhanced DBS is essential**:

- 1 Years' experience in maintenance or similar role
- Good communication
- Computer literate
- Proactivity
Hours 10:30am - 14:30pm however flexible 30 minutes either side, totalling 20 hours per week.
