- **Who we are and what are our age ranges?** We are two, young, active people
- **What challenges we have?** We both have autism and SLD.
- **What are the staff team who support us trained in?** To support us in the best possible way, it would be useful if staff are trained in: Medication and PBS.
- **What are we proud of?** Completing 3 years at college. Attaining the gold DofE award. Maintaining life-long relationships. Ever increasing independent living skills. Learning to cope with stressful situations in a productive way.
- **What activities do we to do?** Playing games on the PlayStation and Wii. Listening to music. Watching videos. Playing on iPads. Jigsaws. Board games. Football. Sensory activities (swings, roundabouts, see-saws). Lounging at home
- **What are our interests?** Music (listening and watching videos), Football (Liverpool mainly, but open to other teams), Crossword and Logo quizzes, Homemade compilation videos, painting and getting messy in sand and mud.
- **What are our aspirations?** Our aspirations are to be as independent and happy in our home as possible, we like to be given as much independence as possible which is gained through staff guidance.
- **How do we like to explore our local communities?** We enjoy parks and walks around the local area. We occasionally have trips to activities such as bowling, cafes and pubs.
- **How do we describe ourselves?** We are massively loving in nature but require trust and consistency to feel comfortable enough to show this consistently.
- **How many colleagues are on shift at any one time?** When there’s 2 PWS’ in, there is 2 staff during the day. If just one then just one staff. The current rota see’s lone working through the night
- **What shifts do you work on?** Day shifts: 9am - 4pm; Evening shifts: 4pm - 8pm; Night shifts: 8pm - 9am
