Twisted Inc - Part Sales - New and used

**Job Specification**

Sells new and used parts to all customers, internet sales, telephone, parts counter. Maintains stock of used parts.

**Part Sales - New and Used - Essential Duties**
- Assists all customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
- Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials and ensures that the customer is exposed to all product lines.
- Provides high level of service to internal and external customers.
- Pulls and fills orders from stock.
- Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
- Follows up on back-ordered parts.
- Assists other sales representatives with their orders.
- Receives payment from retail customers.
- Keeps current on new products and product updates.
- Maintains professional appearance.
- Catalogues and photographs used parts to make available for internet sale.
- Maintains used parts stock records.
- Other tasks as assigned.

**Part Sales - New and Used - Qualifications and attributes**
- Good general education - Literate, numerate with excellent computer skills especially spreadsheets and internet.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to organise themselves effectively whilst working under pressure.
- Highly customer focused.
- Physically fit and active to enable picking and packing or parts.
- Ideally counterbalance fork lift trained.
- Ideally conversant with producing paperwork for exporting goods to both the EU and rest of the world.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
