We are currently seeking enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistants to join our team, providing invaluable support to primary schools in and around the vibrant community of Stechford, Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide support and assistance to classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
- Engage with students in small group activities and one-on-one support as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the school day.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and routines.
- A positive and proactive attitude towards learning and development.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
