We are a small but fast growing acoustic consultancy looking to take the next step in our growth strategy.

We carry out acoustic consultancy across all sectors of the built environment, and for building projects typically ranging from £500k-£50million in value. We also carry out extensive noise surveying and noise impact assessments for our clients across the UK.

We are a small but fast-growing acoustic consultancy looking for future leaders to help build and be a key part of our future success. The benefits of working for a small company are huge. We offer highly competitive starting salaries, with no pay bands/limits, highly flexible working, 25 days paid annual leave as a minimum (approx 33 days including bank holidays), pension scheme, company mobile phone, and a potential car allowance option.

Key Duties:

- Conduct acoustic assessments and noise measurements in various environments across the London or Birmingham region.
- Analyze and interpret acoustic data to provide recommendations for noise control and mitigation
- Design and implement noise control solutions for clients
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure acoustic requirements are met in building design projects
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on acoustic regulations and standards
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on acoustic findings and recommendations
- Assist with business development and marketing tasks

Key Skills Required:

- Proficiency in using complex computer software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary design teams
- Good phone manner to communicate with clients
- highly self-motivated and able to manage a fast paced environment with time pressure and key deadlines.

This role will mainly be home-based, when not traveling to client sites to carry out acoustic surveys and assessments. All equipment and training will be provided, and all expenses when working on site will be fully reimbursed. A car allowance is also a possibility for applicants that do not own their own vehicle.
