Sanper can supply project management solutions for small to large projects, fulfil maintenance and repair contracts, as well as offer general construction services to the public and private sectors. Specialising in contracts within security-controlled environments including His Majesty’s Prisons, Hospitals, and Educational Establishments.

**The role**:
Our recent growth and success have created the need to expand our team, and we are now looking to recruit a working site foreman/woman.

Within Sanper, our site foremen are the face company, responsible for liaison between the client and our office team, you will be responsible for project site management, working closely with our project management team. You will be working across various projects in the public sector, including education establishments, hospitals, high security prisons, social housing, as well as undertaking work for the private sector when required. This is a hybrid role, there will be an expectation that you will be able to work on the tools where required.

**You must also be able pass a strict vetting process set by the prison, DBS (if you do not already have this, we can assist with getting it), NVQ (Level 3 preferred), SSSTS or SMSTS and CSCS are desirable.**
- Responsible for the day to day delivery of projects
- Managing & assisting workforce
- Signing off subcontractor works
- Ensuring all jobs completed to a high standard
- Ad hock maintenance requests from the prison establishment
- Ability to carry out work to a high standard
- Complete schedule of works issued in agreed timeframe
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with all safe operating procedures specific to the industry
- Manage own time effectively

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- NVQ (Level 3 preferred)
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- CSCS
- Hold of a Full UK Drivers Licence and have own transport & tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deliver a great quality job on time
- DBS is essential (if you do not already have this, we can assist with getting it)

**You must**:

- Must have previous experience as a working supervisor
- Speak fluent English
- Be able to pass background check and vetting procedure to access prison
- Have own transport & tools
- Be able to operate power tools
- Hold a full UK drivers licence
- Have at least 3 years site experience
- Be hardworking, punctual and reliable
- Have previous construction site experience
- Have a good work ethic
- Be respectful towards clients and the public
- Have pride in you work with a good eye for detail
- Provide full references
- Adhere to company policies whilst on site

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Supervising: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- DBS (preferred)
