**Targeted Interventions Coordinator**

Under the direction of the Service Management team, the post holder will take a lead on the coordination and delivery of the service’s prevention, early intervention and targeted activity with the aim of expanding service visibility and increasing accessibility into treatment.

Building on existing partnerships already established with County wide partners, the post holder will increase visibility among settings that work with young people, and increase our service interaction with such providers.

the post holder with be responsible for developing our social media presence to ensure the service increases its appeal among children/young people and identifies new and innovative ways to engage with people/communities online.

**Ability to travel throughout area Essential or Access to car and own driving license Desirable**

**Where**: Nottinghamshire

**When**: We’re looking to get the right people into the team ASAP.

**Hours**: 37.5hrs per week.

**Salary**:£26,393 - £30,316 dependent on experience.

**Responsibilities**:
**About the role**:

- Lead on the coordination and delivery of the service’s prevention, early intervention and targeted education offers.
- To increase visibility and accessibility of the service among children, young people, families, and partners with the aim of increasing referrals into service for specialist support.
- To develop and deliver targeted group work, outreach, training and other programmes of work relevant to the role.
- To develop and maintain excellent working relationships with appropriate local partners to ensure quality delivery.
- To support the development of projects that increase visibility, create awareness, and improvement engagement including development of educational programmes, informative resources, and prevention pathways.
- To build a strong working relationship with local education providers to increase presence among the student population and introduce drug and alcohol awareness training in line with education providers delivery.
- To analyse and scrutinise data to identify gaps in areas where the service can take a proactive approach to engagement.
- Ensure effective and consistent service user involvement including co-production.- Ensure that all aspects of confidentiality and data protection are adhered to and that consent to share Information is a key element to building trusting therapeutic alliances.

**About you**:

- Experience of working with young people in 121 and/or group settings
- Knowledge of issues facing young people today
- Ability to forge strong working relationships with internal and external partners
- Ability to liaise and work in partnership with a wide range of professionals and agencies including Children’s Services, schools, primary care
- Experience of delivering training to different audiences in a variety of settings
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively, verbally and in writing
