The IT Project and systems manager is responsible for the successful delivery and integration of local businesses into a global Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.(M3 +SBT+CRM etc) The scope of the program includes transitioning acquired factories into a single ERP environment. With an appetite for growth in the UK&I region, the role will transition into a long-term Systems Manager role; developing a modern IT operations environment to manage the implementation of common platforms and tools for the business.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for the successful multi-year delivery and integration of local businesses into a global Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

To succeed, will require leadership & management of both internal staff, external consultants, and corporate resources.
- Supervise design, configuration and development tasks that include not only the technology architecture but also the related business processes and information management required for the design and roll out to be successful.
- They will be a key driver of change across the UK&I organization and will be accountable for supporting systems change management, communications and training in new tools and processes.
- In close partnership with Finance & Operations, to enable the transition to standardized UK business processes across the organization and support the transition to a simpler business structure.
- This position will work closely with the local UK&I business and Group IT teams serving as an local champion, conduit and project manager for the project to support the efficient running and growth of our organization, making a critical link between the Global Systems team in place and the local organisation to ensure smooth deployment and ongoing use of this business-critical platform.
- This role reports to the Finance Director (UK&I) with a dotted line into the IT Director(Global IT), with day-to-day collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Line management of a small systems team handling local projects & activity.
- Reporting to both Senior management team meetings and Group reviews of project status, implementation plans, resource management and budgetary control

Qualifications/Education

Essential;
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems, computer science or related field

Desirable;
- Project Management Qualification
- Infor certification

Experience Essential;
- Minimum five years’ experience working in IT operations
- Minimum three years’ experience overseeing ERP systems and IT project implementation
- Minimum three years’ managing and leading a team
- Previous experience with Project Management & Solution delivery - reporting to Director level Desirable;
- Experience with ERP implementation
- Experience with Dynamics CRM
- Experience with Infor M3 ERP
