**About you**

With a good standard of education, you’ll be a confident, organised, hard working person and have excellent customer service skills. You’ll also have the ability to effectively prioritise your own workload and remain calm under pressure in addition to excellent IT skills and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems. You must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team, and have good attention to detail, particularly as you will be working within a busy service. An understanding of the planning process would be an advantage.

Wokingham is an attractive, historic market town located in the propserous Thames Valley in the heart of Berkshire and 40 miles west of London. With easy access to the M4 and M3 motorways and on a train line between Reading and Waterloo and also Reading and Gatwick.

You will be provided with a laptop and a mix of home working and office working is available. We are a friendly team and full training and support will be provided.
