Role: Art teacher

Location: Boston, Lincolnshire

Pay: Paid to Scale equivalent per day (Capped at M6)

**Responsibilities**:

- Teach Art to KS3 and KS4 students of varying abilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons
- Assess, record and report on the progress of students
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Contribute to the development of the Art department

**Requirements**:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Previous experience teaching Art in a secondary school setting
- Ability to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential
- Current Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service
