Digital Product Manager

Solihull - Flexi hybrid

Are you are a mobile first digital product manager with previous experience in Optimisation of a commercial platform? If so then I have the perfect role for you

I am pleased to be partnered with a leading, digital first Real estate agents based out of the Midlands to source for a Digital product manager as they continue with their process of digital transformation.

This role will sit on their mobile app team, leading the plans and developing roadmaps for the wider team whilst contributing to the digital transformation on the wider business.

**Role**

Leading a cross-functional product team along with an Engineering & Design Lead

Translating Product Strategy into a coherent and logical roadmap for your product area; continuously maintain, prioritise and iterate on the roadmap as a living/breathing artefact.

Leading a cross-functional product team through prioritisation and effectively working to make the right trade-offs

Ensure that features & optimisation experiments get delivered quickly and efficiently

Tracking and monitoring your feature's performance and functionality after launch to iterate and improve on them.

Understanding the customer problems and ensuring customer needs are always at the heart of what we're building,

Working within the Product team with direction and guidance of our Head of Product & Design and Product Lead as well as the wider business to understand requirements and Pipeline plans.

**Requirements**:
Ideally you have experience in Product Management with complex, successful customer-centric products.

Encourages an iterative approach, breaking large product goals into achievable slices for early and frequent delivery.

Is technically literate, knows their way around an API, and able to engage and collaborate closely with engineering counterparts and third parties.

Is commercially savvy, understands their team's impact on and contribution to business KPIs, and can make trade-offs that support both business and customer needs.

Experience with Salesforce and Mobile apps are an advantage.

This is an exciting role for an ambitious Product manager to work as a part of a large product team as they take the business through a large scale digital transformation.
