**PASSENGER ASSISTANT**

Recruiting in; Hatfield, Hertford, WGC, St Albans, Potters Bar and Luton
- To assist with the transport of special needs or vulnerable children and adults to and from school, college, or day centres.
- To create and develop positive relationships with passengers, families and staff.
- To be patient and empathetic to passengers, ensuring they have a comfortable journey.
- To work as a team with your driver to ensure smooth transportation.
- To assist passengers to and from the vehicle, and where required, to and from their destination.
- To report any issues or incidents you or your passenger experience.
- To help keep the vehicle tidy between journeys.
- To attend training relevant to your role.

**Person Specification**
- No previous experience is required, although applicants must have a good command of English - both verbal and written.
- You should have a friendly and positive attitude, and enjoy working with a range of people, and be reliable.
- Successful applicants must pass an Enhanced DBS to work with children and adults.
- To be available both AM and PM on school days.
