This is a 2-month long paid Associate opportunity for an Innovate UK Accelerated Knowledge Transfer project. The company is a new technology start-up that is developing materials derived from seaweed to replace plastic packaging. The role involves managing a project where you will be responsible for gathering information to analyse the end-to-end supply chain, map its primary and supporting business processes, and assess minimum viable economics. This will include identification of key activities performed within the value streams, engage with representative stakeholders and determining typical volumes and throughput rates. This will support the company to balance demand with supply so they can win and deliver new business.

In order to succeed in this role, you will be:

- Numerically astute with experience with Microsoft Visio or equivalent diagramming software and excel.
- Skilled at research and analysis of information from a variety of sources - confident investigation skills.
- Good communication skills, able to effectively communicate with staff at all levels, and build consensus among various groups.
