**Sales Executives**

Our E-Learning Sales Executives are dynamic, goal-oriented, competitive, highly energised and super driven sales professionals who deeply understand our clients' needs, bring innovative thinking and an invaluable determination to authentically support ourclients E-learning needs.

They help to nurture and cultivate sales, generate qualified demand, close business and have the talent with experience needed to deliver all aspects of successful sales and marketing programs. The right person will want to grow their sales career, exceedquota and of course, make real money in the process.

**Salary £22-26K Base - OTE £45K Y1 £60K Y2**

We are the UKs leading provider of E-learning and IT training courses. We work with thousands of students per month to help them retrain, become accredited and secure a job in the IT industry in Networking, Engineering, Web Development and Cyber security.

**Saes Executive Key Duties**:
- Develop and execute sales and business strategies.
- Coordinating with the Operational and Sales Directors, Marketing Teams and Central Operations team to deliver high-quality consistent sales.
- Acting as an integral part of the company’s sales department, running full sales processes, from prospecting to close.
- Self analysing personal performance and championing new initiatives based on quantitative results.
**Sales Executive Requirements**:

- Have a love for selling with exceptional sales skill and business acumen.
- Possess strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, organisational and disciplined self planning skills.
- Have determination to demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and challenging targets.
- Uncanny ability to develop and execute sales strategies with promising leads furnished.
- Audacious spirit with a natural willingness to go the extra mile on a regular basis.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment who is Intellectually curious.
- Be a CRM user and possess the capacity to navigate reporting and recording capabilities.
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Ability to learn newproducts/services and describe/explain them to prospects/existing clients.
- Excellent knowledge of English with rapport building communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection without hindrance to corporate goals.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues with regulation.

**Desirable**:

- Have 1-2 years of experience selling into a range of markets, ideally in B2C sales
- Have experience managing the full sales process from lead generation to close
