**FROMM is a Swiss global manufacturer,** currently seeking an **Administrator** to work within the Service Department of its UK branch.

This is an exciting role for a highly organised individual who is looking to build a career within a Customer Focused Global Business and industry leader in end-of-line packaging.

The role:

- Providing admin support
- Updating contracts
- Communicating with customers daily, answering telephone calls and dealing with queries
- Maintaining the shared Service Inbox
- Liaising with external and internal engineers daily
- Organising machine trials and maintenance schedules
- Basic Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills essential
- Excellen telephone manner & good communication skills
- Microsoft CRM and Navision experience desirable, but not essential
- Must have a keen eye for detail and take great pride in any task they undertake.
- Organised with great office skills

Salary dependent on experience (from 25k to 27k) along with 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension/private medical and year-end bonus based on company performance.

Must drive and a friendly team awaits

Immediate start
