Parts Processor

We are looking for an organized Processor to join our team. Someone who has good time keeping, with a mature attitude and would like to work with a small team of people in a relaxed working environment, who has a keen interest in learning to process motorbike parts onto Ebay and the web, some knowledge would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided on the computer system that we use. You will also be required to answer phone calls from customers about parts which will all be found in the computer system and some paperwork filing at the end of each month. Training will be given on all aspects of the job.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing documents
- Sort, file, and organize paperwork in accordance with established procedures
- Assist with document retrieval and distribution as requested
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent phone etiquette to assist customers or clients
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
