Care Coordinator

Our client, based in Battle, is looking for 2 Care Coordinators initially in a temporary capacity to support their busy team. You will be working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with the option to undertake on-call duties once you are familiar with the role.

The purpose of the role is to manage the schedule of work for the carers in line with the needs of the clients. You will be required to answer calls, deal with any issues or queries and ensure a first-class service is provided at all times.

You will need excellent organisation, communication and influencing ability along with an empathetic and helpful manner. Good IT skills as well as great attention to detail are also essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £11.50-£12.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
