**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Manage plant, equipment, spares, and tooling effectively and efficiently to the highest standards of health, safety, and quality and in a manner that safeguards the Environment.
- Responsible for the official booking in of materials and part requirements delivered from sub-suppliers through company IT platforms such as SAP.
- Responsible for completion of assemblies and sub-assemblies in line with technical drawings, specifications and BOMs including testing as applicable.
- Help existing logistics support teams in maintaining accurate inventory and database controls for field parts, materials & tooling.
- Responsible for auditing, control and reporting on stock inventory using defined processes at a defined frequency.
- Responsible for reporting inventory deviations and supporting investigations in accordance with defined procedures.
- Working closely with Project delivery teams and Manufacturing Teams on the handover of customer requirements to ensure job packs and work instructions are in place to satisfy field project requirements.
- Provide logístical and material back up to Site based operations.
- Work closely together with Project Managers & existing logistics personnel with regards to the supply of materials, tooling, and equipment to satisfy site-based projects.
- Perform the maintenance and control of warehouse-based stock, plant, equipment, and tooling inventories, inclusive of insurance and inspection schedules.
- Operate business IT platforms & communicate with key stakeholders within the business and external suppliers.
- Attend CFS site missions to assist in site deliveries/collections when required.

**Desired Characteristics**:

- Working knowledge of Quality Control and inspection methodologies.
- Great all-round knowledge of SAP
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Considerable amount of experience gained in logistics or in a closely related field. Substantial product knowledge.
- A good understanding of technical information (drawings/ BOMs / specifications)
- Forklift driving license is a plus, preferably with a narrow isle specialization. Reasonable amount of flexibility
- Ability to work with people in a challenging environment.
- General understanding of the safety culture
