**Job Title - Pathway Tracker**
**Rate - £11.85**
**Location - Colchester Hospital**
**Ward - Pathway Tracker, MDT office Villa 5**
**Working Pattern - Monday-Friday 8am-4pm ( 37.5)**
**Duration - 13/02 to 28/04/23**
**MIT : Careflow, Evolve, Somerset (training can be given), ICE, CRIS**
- To work closely with all members of the Multi Disciplinary Team (MDT) across all specialties to assist with the active pathway management of all suspected and diagnosed cancer patients that are referred into the Trust
- To assist in the tracking of the patient's pathway, from referral, through diagnostics, treatment planning and treatment, highlighting any potential delays in the pathway and ensuring accurate data collection to support the process.
- To provide effective administrative support to ensure smooth facilitation and co-ordination of multi-disciplinary team meetings (MDTs) on behalf of MDT Lead and Coordinators.
- To assist in the accurate and complete data collection and input of cancer pathway investigations, COSD data and national audit datasets, such as NBCA, BAUS and NLCA
- To provide assistance and support to other staff within the Cancer Services team.
