I am working with a PE backed organisation who are looking to recruit a Regional Controller to join their business.

You will be responsible for managing the European central finance hub, ensuring adherence to all group policies meeting reporting deadlines. This company operates across 25 countries therefore experience of working internationally is essential for this role.

**Key responsibilities**:

- European budget process ensuring alignment with the local Sales Manager, VP Europe & VP Finance Director.
- Provide financial presentation materials both monthly & quarterly highlighting areas of deviation to Plan and LY with explanation.
- Ensure Statutory, VAT, IntraStat & Taxation compliance for our European entities, providing, as requested, information from the finance teams.
- Ensure all BUEC European entities provides timely financial information ensuring the business provides fit for purpose support to ensure efficiency and profitability in the region.
