Our client is a very successful secondary school, delivering high-quality teaching & learning to students across Key Stages 3.& 4. Elementa are supporting the school to recruit an able and caring SENDCo.

This is a great secondary school to work at judged as Good overall in their last Ofsted report (June 2019.) Whilst a relatively small school, this carries the benefit that each member of staff knows pretty much every student. You'll be working with an experienced, collaborative and competent SLT so you will have good support throughout the school that has a large & successful MAT backing. This school has big ambitions for the future and is looking for someone to join, contribute to and share their journey.
