Senior Service Designer

**Career Level**:Consultant

KPMG is looking for a Service Designer with the passion to create high-quality products and services.

Our team is collaborative and focuses on building digital products and services using a user-driven, agile approach. We work lean, and take an approach of using prototypes and data, continuous iteration, curiosity, and a small team with big autonomy mentality.

**As a Senior Service Designer**:

- You will be comfortable working with data and qualitative insights
- You will be highly collaborative working with consultants, research, analysts, developers, and technologists and in some instances be engaging with customers and clients
- You will be a good communicator and confident in presenting your work and interacting with in our design community

**What you need to bring with you**:

- 2+ years delivering interface or experience design solutions for various clients
- Ability to present and have excellent communication skill
- Experience with user research
- Experience in accessibility design
- A highly collaborative attitude
- A passion and interest in current technology and design trends

**Desired skills**
- Skilled in common design tools; Sketch, Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma etc.
- Familiarity with a range of research techniques and related deliverables
- Experienced in leading or facilitating workshops and conducting user / stakeholder interviews
- Good consulting skills that can drive design-related conversations, surfacing project requirements, building, and nurturing relationships, and fostering environments for open, productive collaboration
- Experience with working in a multi-disciplinary Agile environment
