**Gardener / Handy Person**

Experienced Gardener / Handy-Person required to ensure grounds and gardens of a residential property, and care home are kept to a high standard of appearance throughout the year.

Duties include:

- Pruning trees, bushes and hedges
- Ensuring driveways and paths are regularly swept and kept clean and tidy from leaves etc.
- Maintaining flower beds and boarders and watering when necessary
- Weeding and planting bulbs and plants when required
- Grass cutting
- Maintaining and cleaning of external features
- Driving company vehicle for deliveries and collections may be required

The duties listed above are the basic tasks expected of a Gardener / Handy-Person, you should recognise that there will be variations and expected flexibility in order to cater for individual requirements.

Hours of work will be 16 hours per week - 2 days 8.30 - 4.30pm
