We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team. As our Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our gardens and landscapes to a high standard over two properties.
We have ambitious plans for improving and growing our gardens. There is a strong sustainability focus at the properties with a natural world and environmental consideration.

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Plant, cultivate, and maintain flowers, plants, shrubs, and trees including cut flowers, fruit, and vegetables
- Use power tools including chainsaws and hand tools to prune, trim, and shape plants.
- Irrigate gardens and ensure proper watering schedules
- Remove weeds and unwanted plants from gardens
- Monitor plant health and identify any pests or diseases
- Assist with the design and implementation of new landscaping projects
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of gardening equipment - Filling log baskets and providing other provisions for the house from the garden
Qualifications:
- Previous horticultural and qualifications experience in gardening. (min 2 years’ experience preferably RHS Level 2+ )
- Knowledge of different plant species and their care requirements
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in gardening and able to show safe practise in the use of these tools
- Ability to work independently or as part of a small team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, and standing for long periods of time
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently - Driving Licence as working between two properties
