Weighbridge Operator

WEIGHBRIDGE OPERATOR FOR CONTAINER BASE

We are a family-owned waste management and recycling company with two recycling centres from which our fleet of modern vehicles service all of Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.

The following post has become available at our Portlethen Recycling Centre for a full time Weighbridge Operator based at this modern Recycling Centre.

Duties

Inputting weighbridge information for incoming wastes and outgoing products using our industry standard weighbridge computer system.

Verification of accuracy of Container paperwork and direct liaison with the Clients main Office Controller relating to reports and any paperwork discrepancies

Ensure health and safety standards are conveyed to and complied with, by all site users and visitors entering the facility.

Geographical knowledge of the Aberdeen Area would be advantageous as would some experience of transport operations.

Excellent written and spoken English and a high standard of Computer use is required.

Working Hours 07:00 to 16:00 Monday to Friday and every third Saturday 07:00 to 12:30.

Salary negotiable dependant on experience.
