Wycliffe Bible Translators is a growing organisation with a vision for a world where everyone can know Jesus through the Bible. As part of this team, your responsibilities will be diverse, including assisting in recruitment and onboarding, crafting effective internal communications for both staff and members, and much more. We seek someone who is a collaborative team player, passionate about working with people, adaptable, and committed to supporting our long-term objectives.
- **Salary**: £23,000-£26,000 + benefits
- **Location**: Home based or the option of a desk at our office in East Oxford
- **Terms of appointment**: Full-time. Permanent

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assisting effective recruitment and onboarding;
- Maintaining and updating employee records and documentation;
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures;
- Assisting in effective internal communications through our regular newsletters to staff and members.
