An exclusive role that offers a lot of variety in what you do, whilst presenting a balance of people management duties, approx..50% of the role, and in-store client activities (which include, presentation of in-store products, setting up point-of-sale displays, stock checks and audits), for approx..50% of the role.

**Sounds good, but what do I get?**

**£1,380 **minimum** **(4 week period)** - A minimum of 30 hours per week within the SL postcode area, and in addition extra ad-hoc hours of work are frequently available throughout the year on other activities, especially during seasonal peak times such as Christmas, Easter, Back to School etc.

The role has degrees of flexibility, as does the working week - allowing you to be in control of a work/life balance. Some work does require a specific day
- We are paid every 4 weeks - 13 times a year; However, we also have the option to request a weekly pay drawdown for hours worked - which means you have access to your money ahead of time with ‘PAYM8’
- You will have a ‘Holiday Bank’; which means Holiday requests can be made even if a colleague doesn’t have enough holiday hours within their Bank

**Too good to be true So what do I do?**

Working as part of the regional team and co-ordinating a group of approx.. 20 Display Representatives (DRs), in a distinct district of local retailers, you will be responsible primarily for;
- Scheduling and managing weekly and period hours and calls within the a district
- Optimum resource plan for the district; e.g. right people, right place, right skills, right time
- Resolve local issue and ensure the smooth running of the district
- In-store merchandising and retail support services
- Co-ordinating and training your team to ensure together we all deliver the best possible service for our customers and clients
- Being first point of contact for their DRs in their district for any queries

There is a technical element, you’ll have to be quite savvy with Technology. It’s not complicated at all, but you need to use apps, mobile devices and an understanding of MS packages.

You might not have a retail background, but you’ll have prior skills and experience to demonstrate Time Management and Organisation Skills and be able to plan and motivate a team via great Communication Skills. You will be able to manage your own workload within set time frames, and be comfortable following a remote brief.

As this role is field based, there’s a fair amount of travel in your district and surrounding area, therefore you’ll need a full driving licence and your own vehicle.
