Job Overview:
The Junior Project Manager Office Support (PMO) will play a vital role in supporting the Project Management Office by assisting in the coordination, administration, and execution of project management activities. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in project management, providing an opportunity to develop skills and gain experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
**Project Coordination**:

- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
- Track project progress and update project management tools and dashboards.

**Administrative Support**:

- Maintain project management templates and documentation standards.
- Support the PMO team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document control.
- Help in the creation and distribution of internal communications and project updates.

**Resource Management**:

- Assist in resource planning and allocation by maintaining resource availability and utilization records.
- Support onboarding of new project team members, including orientation to PMO processes and tools.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Monitor project compliance with PMO standards and methodologies.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of project metrics to ensure adherence to project plans and schedules.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Act as a point of contact for project team members and stakeholders, providing support and resolving queries.
- Help manage stakeholder communications and ensure timely dissemination of information.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the PMO and suggest enhancements.
- Participate in PMO team meetings and contribute to the development of project management best practices.

Qualifications:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Previous internship or work experience in a project management or administrative support role is advantageous but not required.

**Skills**:

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Azure DevOps, SharePoint).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
