Our client is a recruitment business which operates across multiple sectors. They have modern offices with parking and a friendly team atmosphere. They are professional and hard-working but maintain an informal and fun environment to work within.

The role will be varied and will include:

- Reference and compliance checking.
- Managing the daily schedule and ensuring availability is up to date.
- Recruitment administration and consultant support.

You must be able to demonstrate the following:

- Excellent attention to detail.
- Responsibility - you will be responsible and accountable in this role.
- The ability to plan and be highly organised.
- Ambition to develop personally.
- A team player.
- Self-motivated - nobody is going to do this job for you. You need to be a self-starter.
- A competitive nature - you will need to demonstrate your desire to succeed.
- Professionalism and confidence.
- Previous work experience within a recruitment environment is preferred.
- GCSE English and Maths Grade 5+ or equivalent.
