**Why this job matters**
As Pricing Operations Professional, you will assist the Pricing Strategy Team in the execution of price increases (Price Yield Management) to stimulate migration off of legacy products and generate incremental profit for the Corporate Public Sector (CPS). The PYM project is a Commercially owned project and is one of the single highest value opportunities CPS has in each year, delivering millions in profit.
**What you’ll be doing**
- Communicate the Commercial Price Yield Management (PYM) strategy (set by Pricing and Finance) into the PYM squad and all relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure all Requests and Briefing packs are submitted to the relevant support teams in accordance with the plan.
- Own Commercial’s actions through the end-to-end implementation of each Product’s price increase, this includes:
- Defining the product scope with the Product team
- Consulting with Legal on relevant contract clauses
- Managing customer exclusions with Sales
- Drafting and sending the customer communications with Marketing.
- Tracking of revenue with Finance

- Highly proficient in Excel: strong data manipulation and data presentation skills, preferably with a basic understanding of financial targeting and outlooks
- Proven commercial mindset with keen attention to detail: be able to fully understand the high level of Commercial and Financial detail across a large portfolio of products.
- Highly Organised: simultaneously manage multiple workstreams with varying deadlines and intricacies.
- Stakeholder Management and communication: effectively communicate price yield management plans with high accuracy between multiple teams up to Director level stakeholders.
- Problem Solver: have an ability to make quick decisions and problem solve effectively
