**Overview**:
AM2PM is looking for a Senior Team Leader on behalf of one of our clients based in Coventry (CV3 area).

The salary is £28.5k to £31k, depending on experience.

Working pattern will be 12 hour shifts, 4 days on 4 days off.

**About the business**:
Our client are a leading global seller of used books online to millions of customers; directly, through third party platforms and wholesale partners. The business supports charities and are pioneers in the re-use and recycling of unwanted books. Have excellent organisation skills with the ability to multitask.

**Roles & Responsilbities**:
**Within this role you will be expected to do the following**:
Be able to prioritise to achieve results.

Secondly, Demonstrate experience of running warehouse operations and managing staff with the ability to engage, motivate and develop the team.

Thirdly, Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the working area.

Lastly, Have the ability to successfully operate and thrive in a change environment

As shown above, the salary for this role is between £28,500 and £31,000 depending on experience level.

Shifts are 12 hours, 4 days on 4 days off.
