Supervisor- Furniture Fitter

**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the installation of all furniture projects.
- Coordinate with our team of installers to ensure all deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
- Manage and track project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct pre-installation site surveys and coordinate installation plans with clients.
- Ensure safety standards are met on all job sites.
- Train new employees in installation techniques and safety procedures.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients and team members at all times.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in furniture installation and project management.
- Ability to read and understand installation diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to assemble a wide range of furniture, from basic to complex pieces.
- Familiarity with different furniture assembly tools and techniques is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £14.00-£16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 90 per week

**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Furniture Installations: 3 years (required)
- Supervising experience: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
