**Role: Mental Health Practitioner**
Grade: Band 6
Location: Onsite within the community mental Health team
Length: 3 months
Hours: Full Time (not less than 30 hrs per week)
Preferred start date: ASAP
Notes: Registered practitioners - Nurses, Occupational therapists and Social Workers with experience of working in community mental health services
Role to include offering initial mental health assessments,Cover duty role, Experience of providing brief therapeutic interventions.
